Due to an increasing amount of emails that limits my ability to create and ship wonderful items to you, this autoreply will serve as a response. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. I appreciate your support of my art and business.


I haven’t received my order?


Please take a look in your email for the detailed weekly status updates I send to all my customers. It will have shipping and pre-order information in it, so you are kept completely in the loop with where your item is in the process. 


If your question is regarding my handmade resin order (such as my self defense items), those take me about 4-5 weeks to make. I personally make each and every handmade resin item, and can only pour about 50 at a time, so it will take a little bit longer for those items. I assure you, you will receive your order.


I have a tracking number, but the tracking hasn’t moved.


Please understand that I process orders in batches, so often a shipping label will be printed before the batch is ready to be dropped at the post office. I am currently working as quickly as possible through those batches, and you should see shipping move soon.


I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. 


Please put REFUND in the subject line and I’ll process that ASAP and follow up to confirm cancellation. 



My order is missing an item, or has an incorrect item in it.


Please give me 72 hours (including Saturday and Sunday) to respond to this email. I’ll be in touch soon.



SOME INFO ABOUT SHIPPING: 

  • shipping to US is $3 flat and anywhere else in the world is $13.50 flat, both options are trackable but do not come with insurance (if interested in that please contact me before you place your order) 
  • international customer is responsible for any customs fees they may incur.
  • international customers will be emailed a tracking number when their item ships and that tracking number is trackable on their countries postal service site as well as USPS.com
